Do you use hypnotism for yourself or just subjects ?

I use it for both me and others. I use hypnosis mostly for training.. and I believe hypnosis as a form of "peer pressure".

I definitely would have to agree that since I hypnotize and also go into trance that it does give me an upper hand.

But I would never let someone hypnotize me.. only through files so that I can know what the file is about before trancing to it.
