has anybody had a weirder idea for hypnosis come to them

Postby kunoichi » October 13th, 2011, 5:20 am

tonight marks a weird night for me.... basically I couldn't get to sleep and a song kept playing in my head for a good bit of the night but thats not the weird thing. the strangest random thought came into my head. if there ever a strange thought thered be. would you belive I thought I might want daddy issuse. not kidding you. I had never thought of it before but had heard of people exploiting womens daddy issues. So eventualy I realized. I don't even know what I'm talking about and so I got up and did some reaseach.

lets just say I'm off that idea. which just goes to show you that a mind is a terrible thing what so ever.

so have you ever had ether a just as bad or just as weird idea.

I try to have at least one bad idea before lunch. It keeps the mind sharp.

I'm pretty sure everybody has weird or strange thoughts all the time, but if they don't do anything about the thoughts and move on then they aren't left with much reason to remember them. We'd go crazy if we always remembered every thought we've ever had, especially since a lot of people are thinking more than four things are once without thinking about it. (just to make it more complicated.)

There's this site called Fandom!Secrets, it is filled with much more weird thoughts than your example and people are admitting them and sometimes proud of them.

I come up with weird ideas for hypnosis suggestions all the time, but I never actually want to have them used on me so I don't have reason to remember them and move on.

Other weird ideas:
Being a drone in an ant farm. (One I actually researched as much as possible in figuring out how to go about chemically, surgically, or otherwise feasible possible). Like, literally, being a human, whose motivated beyond reproach, to act in a manner beneficial to an ant colony.
Growing a Cuscuta vine in my body, and being host to it.
Or- perhaps the strangest reoccurring arousal source, being host to a similar parasite (particularly number six) off such a list: http://www.toptenz.net/top-10-zombie-parasites.php

If there is any stranger fetish ideas- I will be surprised.

Eh, vore and parasitism? Hey, at least they exist as fetishes.
And from a biochemical perspective, ant pheromones are about as effective as any mind control can be; completely mindless obedience? Yup, makes sense for there to be some fetish overlap there.

When you get down to it, it's hard to think of fetishes that people don't have, because if it's been thought of, it's been fetishized. I mean come on, girl-on-pony porn dates back to Ancient Greece, for heaven's sakes.

Anyways, if you're looking for something people don't have fetishes for, you could either go for things that humans are hard-wired to loathe (crying babies, for instance) or instead go for something so off-the-wall that there's not even any reason for it to make sense as a fetish...

...say, a fetish for licking coinage? A fetish for setting nose hairs on fire? A fetish for shoving duct tape up a nun's ass?

See, all it takes is a little warming up, then there's no end to the depths you can sink to.

...just my two cents.
Uh, yeah you Lincoln twins, meet Senator Tongue... mmm you taste like freedom... just let me... emancipate my stocking-caps... mmmmm

LOL, I love it. It is so random. You must be the Douglas Adams of fetishes.

Well said, qv.

Tis such a pity that so few truely understand that the pit of depravity is bottomless. But not all are so baffled they fail to realize the only limit to fantasies, fetishes and perversions is the extent of imagination and willingness to perform such rites in secrecy or in the alternative willingness to disgust others, or perhaps to only explore such activities within the privacy of the same confines that spawned them.

We should all take heart in the story told by Tom Lehrer of the young necrophiliac who finally realized his boyhood ambition when he became the county coroner. That is just an example of one such person who refused to be limited by a stunted imagination.

Regards,

Sarnoga.

Where did Tom Lehrer tell that story? I must have missed it somehow.

One morning in a fit of pique, sing rickety-tickety-tin,
One morning in a fit of pique she drowned her father in the creek
The water tasted bad for a week
And we had to make do with gin.

Tom re-told the tale (orginally told by Hen3ry--the 3 is silent) in the introduction to the song "We Will All Go Together When We Go." It's found on "An Evening Wasted With Tom Lehrer" alongside such classics as "The Masochism Tango."

If it's possible for an off-the-rails thread to get (further) derailed, this is where it happened.

Rolls or strips? ...Nevermind.

I'm trying to avoid a really, really vivid image. Somehow, though, I can't shut out the sounds--oh, God, the horrible sounds.....

Hail Mary, full of grace,

Yeah, sorry, I should be more careful when saying things like that. Not everyone is as good at shutting stuff like that out as I am... thank god for selective amnesia... :P

Oh! Come and see the violence inherent in the system!

Tom Lehrer, despite his extreme desire not to do so, RAWKS!
