hypnosis video help

i need help I've made some hypnosis videos, but would like to make a hypnosis video with a spiral and then do my voice while the person watches the video, what im wondering is how do you do the spiral is it like some kind of special program or do i need to video a spiral while i do my induction and make the video that way?

the most simple is to find a video with a spiral, then you can create it with photoshop, and after effects, it what i did in first time with my video, but finally i wrote a small program for make all in one time ( slideshow, spiral with transparency and text over all this)
If your editing software can make objects rotate, you just need a spiral picture.

oh ok i think that might work, what im just trying to do is have a spinning spiral and then just do a voice induction and session for hypnosis that way
