Could practicing Progressive Muscle Relaxation help trance?

Postby IWANTHOTDOG » July 20th, 2014, 3:03 pm

I recently learned about using progressive muscle relaxation to relieve stress. You listen to the audio until you can do it without the audio. I'm pretty bad at going into trance so would learning that help me trance since I would be able to relax on command? I would think so.

You typically are in a light trance following PMR. It is actually considered an induction by many in the field.

the basic induction uses a relaxation technique.
I seen a couple of techniques that work their way through the body, I find it very effected.
especially when your mind is wandering and it is time for bed , and you need to get to sleep. ( meeting in the AM or something)
by starting small ( a toe on one foot ), and working your way through the body you can get to a very nice relaxed and suggestive state

I used this in the Robot bodybuilding files to both deepen and help visualize the bodybuilder body you are after .. it works on me great

download the script and change it as you want ...then record it.. post it if it does want you want
