Is permanent brainwashing possible?

I'm a 50 year old sub interested in total brainwashing and reprogramming, with the goal to allow a Master to transform me physically as well as mentally.

Is something like this even possible?

Yes, I have known several subs who lived it in real life. Go slow, find a hypnotist you trust, and take the time to get to know him.

Not a thing for files alone, but face to face it's doable.
