BanishPain:Anyone get it to work?

Postby Magni » April 11th, 2006, 7:13 pm

I'm really new to this whole thing, and i've not really tried any files that have tangible effects. Mostly been practicing with the Inductions, and i'm not entirely sure whether i'm trancing or just really chilled out. Either way, I was browsing through the files and the BanishPain caught my eye. Has anyone gotten this file to work, or should I just not waste my time? I've listened to it once already and it didn't work, but I assume it's just because i'm new and am either not trancing/haven't done it repeatedly. Any of y'all had a different experience with it?

Without speaking about the specific file you mentioned, I can say that pain control and elimination is a medically recognized application of hypnosis. Some dentists use it instead of anesthetic.

I too haven't tried this file but can vouch for the concept. I gave my girlfriend (who's very skilled at going into trance) a trigger that either of us can use that takes away whatever pain she has, from nausea to migraines to a stubbed toe :)
Personally, I wouldn't trust my own skill with trance enough to go under the knife with it ;) I'm too analytical :P "This *should* hurt..." :P

Well, after saying banish pain I feel pain like a one type of feeling... So it does feel like Im getting hurted but it is nothing, pain is not a bad thing. continuous pain like wounds will not be anything, and so the pain on your foot or neck can be away too
But is is a little hard to banish pain if you play with knife and stick it deep.

so: This file basicly makes you realize that your body and mind are different things

it will be free but right now it is premium; one of the files you cannot access without membership. since membership on a per month basis is so cheap it is ridiculous to try to undercut it by getting files surrepitiously without paying for them. And he can just wait the four month period for it to become a non-premium file and thus free if he can part with 2 pound 25 pence.

I don't know. what i did was used file search. what came up had a premium button on it. I could be wrong. if so then he could just get the file himself.

I actually had read the script back when reading the scripts was free; recently, one of my friends was having a'lot of pain from an old knee injury. I put her under, and gave her the suggestions I remembered from the script, as well as giving her a trigger for it, and it works great.
