Non-trance reinforcement

Are there any files I could plug into an MP3/CD player & listen to that'll help to reinforce the files I'm listening to, but wont put me in a total trance?

I'm planning on starting to listen to a couple exercise/weight loss files (I think like 3 or 4 of them), including one to help "encourage" me to hit the gym more often. While there, I'll be spending plenty of time working on my body. I was wondering if there might be something I could listen to that would help reinforce the files. It could zone me out slightly, I dont have to be 100% there while jogging on the treadmill, but I dont want to be totally out & end up snoozin through my work out - unless of course thats just mentally & my body keeps on lifting weights, etc...

Doing anything repetitive (like running on the treadmill) for awhile can tend to make you zone out... just try to focus on that repetitive thing you're doing, instead of letting your thoughts bounce around, and you'll be in a light trance soon enough. Practicing going into trance like that should help you go under more easily for the files then too.
