Lying Down Position?

Postby AshTR » October 3rd, 2007, 6:45 am

Does anyone know if while lying down to listen to a file that if you lie in a certain position, if it affects trance at all?

For example: Lying down and keeping your arms and legs right near your body versus laying on your side with outstretched arms and legs.

Just make sure that you are in a position that your body can maintain comfortably without it distracting you, or cutting off blood flow. Because while in trance you are pretty much incapacitated. So try to find a position, in which it is easy for you to forget your body. That's about it, I think.

I agree with Cardigan. I've had a subject suddenly pop out of trance because she had her foot hooked back on a chair, and she immediately came out of it when the pins and needles started. We got her reseated, and in a few minutes we were right where we left off, but a file can't do that for you.
