as i said earlier, im thinkin of making a file. what am i reading about brain waves? i know about the 4 levels of waves, and alpha theta i believe are the best for hypnosis, but how do i implement these into my file? :?

or look up a program called audacity and use the generate tone and tremelo features to create your own. not so slick but its free and easy enough.
