i nkow the files will work because i really want them to work, but is it normal to not know if i'm in trance or asleep...

i start listening to the files and sudenly i wake up not knowing wich file i just listened to... and some of the files i do remember them so...

is all that normal?

Yes, it is normal, some files may take you deeper than others and some may strike you oddly while your under, there are a lot of factors in what you remember, but if you wake up at the end odds are you were under.
