btw, how many votes does it take to make a file?

I don't think there's a set number. About 7/\[url=(https?:\/\/[^\s\[]+):$uid\](.*?)\[\/url:$uid\]/i suggested files now have vote totals ranging from 1/\[url=(https?:\/\/[^\s\[]+):$uid\](.*?)\[\/url:$uid\]/i/\[url=(https?:\/\/[^\s\[]+):$uid\](.*?)\[\/url:$uid\]/i to over 6/\[url=(https?:\/\/[^\s\[]+):$uid\](.*?)\[\/url:$uid\]/i/\[url=(https?:\/\/[^\s\[]+):$uid\](.*?)\[\/url:$uid\]/i.

The number of votes may not be an ironclad guideline in any event. For instance, a suggested file could be very much like an existing file. Another suggestion may require knowledge of higher math, etc., etc.

Yeah I suppose some of the suggested files simply arn't possible, but im guessing almost all of them are.
