Having a problem uploading a file

won't let me upload a file. anyone know something about this? the file is only 8min long and is in wav format. when i click upload it goes to the next page with just a blue background and doesn't finish loading not a internet problem as i have fast internet.

I would generally recommend mp3 format. Is the system giving you an error code? That would tell me a lot about what is happening. Thanks
