If you hover over the CHAT link in the side box, you see DISCORD and can click on it and (drum roll) go to Discord.

However, if you click on CHAT, you go to the old page where the old IRC entries show up, with no Discord link.

Perhaps just delete the page associated with CHAT instructions ans leave the hover to get get t oDiscord?

I'll see about fixing that, definitely don't need the broken irc piece.

I don't know if this is just me or an issue on my end but two things I have noticed for the past two months.

1. The statistics for the users at the bottom of the forums has shown that the newest member as been the same person since September 1st. This is backed up by viewing the member list which also shows them as the last user name registered to the site.

2. I have not received emails for alerts since last August.

Now could be an issue with my email account/provider and these two are coincidences. Or there's an issue with the email system as I find it quite odd that there's been no new users for 2 months now.

I'll look into it, we went through a major upgrade and certain things may have gotten broken. Considering the level of effort required and the time frame I can't say I'm surprised. The site obviously has quite a few new user but odds are something in the forums end isn't getting updated as this whole site is a huge combo of 3 different pieces of software. I am currently working on a major update that I hope to finish by the end of the year.
