A new forum?

Just a suggestion, inspired by a couple of active topics: how about creating a separate forum for the discussion of the Voting page and the suggestions on it?

It's a worthwhile suggestion, especially if it includes some guidelines on the difference between hypnosis tapes, plot ideas for a sci-fi thriller, and effortless magic shows.

Following are some items that could do with some explanation:

EMG, I beg you, in the name of my own sanity, and perhaps a couple of other people's, to create such a forum. It would take... what? Thirty seconds?
