I don't think there's a set number. About 70 suggested files now have vote totals ranging from 100 to over 600.

The number of votes may not be an ironclad guideline in any event. For instance, a suggested file could be very much like an existing file. Another suggestion may require knowledge of higher math, etc., etc.

Yeah I suppose some of the suggested files simply arn't possible, but im guessing almost all of them are.
