New Feedback Notifier

Any possibility of a notification system to alert hypnotists to one of their files having new feedback? I always stop checking after a file's been out for a while, but I still want to know.

Also, always wondered why only pay files get the email notification. It seems to discriminate somewhat to those posting files free.

I do not send emails for every new file because it uses up a lot of system resources. I plan to change that at some point, probably allowing people to subscribe for emails for their favorite categories, but that hasn't been implemented yet.
