Hey, not bad, Jack. I've always kinda viewed the concept of some eternal 'paradise' (Nirvana, Heaven, Paradise, etc.) as a sort-of backhanded attempt to deny responsibility for what we do *here.*
Never made sense to me that if you want heaven, you have to 'be righteous', 'good', and 'pray.' That's crap. If you want heaven, or your equivalent, then go out and create it!
But, evidently, being righteous and praying lots takes less effort and is easier to blame when it inevitably goes wrong, no?
