closest kind of file?

hello, i was wondering if there is a file close to what im looking for..I'm not looking for an extreme file or anything..i dont want a permanent but i dont want a triggered file either..im looking for a file that will allow me to subconciously act a bit more and more babyish..while still allowing me to control/hold it back in situations that would require it you know? and i dont want/have to wear diapees..i mean i like wearing diapers for fun but dont want to actually go in them/have to wear them everywhere. just a file to make me act more childish?
