Can you give us a more detailed description please?

I've listened to this file for a short while, and have had some effect. I always feel full from the moment I go to bed now, have developed an urge to suck on something (although can sleep without doing so) and feel much happier if i have a blanky...

I haven't listened long, but It seems to be working...

I sleep with a pacifier every night I'm diapered, but I used to lose it during the night. Pacifier clips kept it from wandering too far, but it wasn't where it should be when I woke.

I listened to Curse Thumbsucker a regularly for a period of a couple of months, and soon realized I had stopped losing my pacifier in my sleep. As a devoted AB, I also happily incorporated the other suggestions that I would enjoy spending more time dressed and acting as the baby I want to be.

I think it helps if you are building on a behavior that you really want to happen - despite the "Curse" nature - as I was with my pacifier. If I'm not actively doing something else with my mouth, I'm always happiest to have it filled with a pacifier.
