I was wondering if there was a diaper file out there for dpls, I am more dpl than ab and while wetting and messing my diapers and trigger incontinence make me hot and bothered but the AB part does not help in fact it maybe why I am having trouble with the files. This is because I want to choose be an incontinent adult when in a diaper, and have adult adventures in my diapers exploring my boundaries. I also want the choice to be triggered to be incontinent when not in a diaper, just as before as a full adult but with out control.
I am not much of a writer but here is kind of my Idea

To start off all you need to do is relax. Take a few deep
breaths, breathe in, and breathe out, and in and out. Continue
taking deep and relaxing breaths like that. with every breath
that you take I want you to feel the relaxation increasing.
Now I want you to feel a wave of relaxation forming over
your body starting in your feet. Simply let your feet relax, all
the troubles and the worries, any problems that you could
have just let them go. Let your feet completely go limp and
let them relax. Now feel that relaxation continuing on into
your ankles and your shins. Feel your ankles and your shins
also relax. Let them go completely limp. And your feeling just
go. Now feel the relaxation from your feet and your ankles
and your shins up into your knees. And let your knees relax
completely. Feel them getting heavy. Now you may start
feeling heavy, do not resist it, just experience it. Now let the
relaxation flow on up, into your thighs and your upper legs.
Let them relax. Simply focus on my voice and let your body
relax. Let the relaxation continue now, up into your waist.
Feel the bottom half of your body completely relaxed. Just let
it go. Let any feeling go. Let them feel heavy and limp and
relaxed. Notice how nice it feels just to be so relaxed. Now let
the relaxation flow on up into your stomach. Let your
stomach relax. Let your breathing slow, and just relax. Going
on up into your chest and your upper torso. Listening and
focusing on my voice and just letting your body relax. Let
your chest relax. Let all the troubles and worries go. Now feel
that relaxation start to spread into your shoulders and your
upper arms. Don't worry about moving them. Don't worry
about anything. Just listen to my voice. Now let the relaxation
flow on into your elbows. Let your elbows and your upper
arms go limp. Just let all the trouble and the pain go. Let that
relaxation continue now into your forearms and your wrist.
Feel them relax, feel them getting heavy, and enjoy the feeling
of relaxation. Now let the relaxation finally go into your
hands and your fingers, and the very tips of your fingers. Just
feel them relax. Now feel the relaxation going into your neck.
All the nerves and any tense parts that you may have, just let
them relax, completely and utterly relax. Now feel the
relaxation going up into your face, into your cheeks and your
forehead and your eyes. If your eyes are not already closed, let
them close. Start to feel your eyelids get very, very heavy.
Heavy and droopy. Don't resist, just relax and experience the
feeling of relaxation. Realise now how completely relaxed
your whole body is. Realise how nice this feeling of relaxation
is. Anytime that you try to go into a trance, or under
hypnosis, you will remember this feeling of complete
relaxation, and you will immediately go to this place of
relaxation. Now, I'm going to count down from 30 to 1. With
each number I want you to let yourself relax more and go
into a deeper and deeper sleep. Starting with 10, just let your
mind go blank. Every word that I say will bring you into a
deeper and deeper sleep. Going down to 9, feel your self
going into a deeper and deeper sleep. Relaxing even more.
Focus on absolutely nothing but my voice. Any sound that
you may hear, just ignore it and let it relax you even more.
Going down to 8, focusing and listening intently to my
voice. Know that you must obey. Feel yourself spiraling
down and down into a deeper sleep. Feel yourself going
down into a deeper relaxation. Let every word that I speak
bring you into a deeper sleep, and every breath that you take,
bring you into a deeper relaxation. 7, going deeper still. Just
listen to my voice, just obey, it's that simple. Listen and obey.
6, feel yourself falling and falling into a deep, wonderful state
of sleep. Going deeper still. 5, half way to complete sleep, half
way to complete relaxation. Feel yourself relaxing even more.
Going down to 4. Simply relax. Just sleep. Going down again
to 3. You are nearly there, but you are still going into a deeper
sleep. Listen to my voice intently, focus on my voice and
obey my voice. Down to 2, you are almost there; you can feel
it getting so close. Just sleep. Just relax. And spiraling down
and down. Focusing on nothing to my voice and listening
completely. Feel your self going down that last step to 1.
Going down to complete relaxation, to the deepest sleep you
have ever been in before. Listen to nothing but my voice,
focusing on nothing but my voice. Let every word bring you
into a deeper sleep. As we continue feel yourself going into a
deeper sleep still. Now I'm going to give you a suggestion.
You will find it very easy to obey the suggestion, and you will
enjoy obeying it. That suggestion is very simple. Listen very
intently and obey every word I speak. From now on,
you will wet and mess in your diaper, you will not immediately realize
that you did. You will not know that you soiled your diaper.
Your mind will just not realize the fact that you have soiled your diaper.
It does not matter what you are wearing. You could be
wearing a diaper, or only normal underwear. But you will not
realize that you just wet or messed them. Continue going deeper and
deeper, just listen to and obey my voice. The only way to
notice that you wet or messed your diaper is to either see the wet spot or
reach down with your hand and feel it. You will not feel urine
flowing into you diaper and you will not feel a wet spot starting. You will not feel poop
flowing into your diaper and you will not feel a clump forming.
The only way you can know it is there, is to either see it or
feel it with your hands or smell it. When you start to peep or poop you will not
realize it and your brain will not function the fact that you are
wetting or messing. Continue just going deeper still, listening, getting
closer and closer to my voice. You have enjoyed listening to
this file, and find it quite nice to go into trance. You have
listened very closely to everything I said and your
subconscious has accepted it all. You have already started to
change because of listening to this file, but you like that
change and you want it to happen. You want the change to
be complete for you, so you will listen to this file more and
more until the complete change has finished. You have
enjoyed listening to this file so much that you have started go
get a great addiction for it. Every time that you listen to this
file, that addiction will grow bigger and bigger and stronger
and stronger. And you will enjoy more and more listening to
this file. You have become addicted to this file, but you are
ok with that because you want the change that this file will
bring. Now just relax and continue in your deep sleep. From
now on, every time that you wet or mess your diaper, you will not be
able to realize that you did. Your brain will not function the
fact that you just peed or pooped. You will not be able to tell unless
you see the wet spot or reach down with your hand and feel
the wet spot or smell poopy. You have enjoyed listening to this file and have
started to become addicted to it, and you want the changes
this file is bringing you. And now it is time to wake up. I'm
going to count from 1 to 30, and when I reach 5 you will wake
up and be fully aware and ready for the rest of the day. I am
going to count from 1 to 30 now, and with each number you
will wake up more and more until I reach 5. when I reach 5
you will be fully awake. 1, start feel energy flow into your
body now. 2, slowly waking up more and more now. 3, you
have accepted every suggestion you have received. 4, almost
wide awake now. 5, open your eyes. You are now fully awake.

So it sounds like you are just wanting a full incontinent file... or are you wanting a trigger to go along with the full incontinence?
Because Authority knows...

Trigger absolutely, either spoken or by putting on diaper, it would be nice to have two versions of the file though one that just does urination and one that does urination and deification.
