Unable to download today

Today, unlike any other, I am unable to download files. Is this a general issue in the process of being fixed?

Hmm, I just checked and had no problems. Can you give me more information about how you download files(phone, tablet, PC, which web browser, etc) I'll see if I can reproduce the problem.
No matter where you go, there you are.
