Rules for Hypnosis

Can anyone give me some important rules? Such as should i close my eyes when listening? Do i need good headphones? etc

Whatever helps you relax and concentrate. Good headphones are probably good, as they'll be comfortable and block out other sounds, but they aren't necessary.

Headphones are necessary when listening to binaural -- each of the two tracks has to enter a separate ear or the effect is disrupted; if you aren't familiar with binaural hypnosis theory, google a program called "BrainWave Generator"; the website has some pretty in depth explinations of binaural associative theory.
