Just out of curiosity, I listened to the Fat Gain for women twice. My appetite increased immediately. Nomatter what I eat I need to eat junk food (like a whole bag of chips) at least once a night to be satisified.
I gained 20 pounds.
I've started to listen to Exercise and DietReinforcement to stop.
I hope it works.
