Best files for physical body changes

I'm looking to see the best files for some body changes and whatnot. So feel free to post and let me know, it doesn't matter what kind of changes, just changes.

If you want to become shorter, smaller2's Shrinking--Control Panel for your Height -- Link: http://www.warpmymind.com/modules.php?name=FilesNewsys&act=fetch&nopage=1&link=13532 -- works quite well. I lost two or three inches in height -- I'm now five feet nine inches, down for six feet zero niches. -- and others have lots quite a bit more.

There is a Success Stories Thread on the file titled (unimaginatively) Shrinking--Control Panel for your Height.

CycoMelody also has a file to make you taller -- Curse Taller -- but I don't know how well that file works; I never used it.
