A Question About Hypnosis

Hey, I wonder if we can listen files while doing other things for example: listening files while playing league of legends, watching mute videos etc. may the hypnosis still work?

I'm a bit new here but from my understanding of hypnosis, not really, unless you're thinking subliminals.

If you listen to a mantra needing to get in your head, this can work.
If you listen to an actual hypnosis file with induction and all, then you need to get your head into it, otherwise it's just background noise.

It depends on the file. Some require your full attention others do not. I wouldn't recommend playing lol while listening.
