[quote="primaelgen":e/\[url=(https?:\/\/[^\s\[]+):$uid\](.*?)\[\/url:$uid\]/if6feb8]This deviates from the current flow of the conversation ... and relates to an earlier message about whether hypnosis can actually create physical changes. I've read a couple FAQs claiming that the penis does not, indeed shrink, even with hormonal treatments.
On the other hand, I have seen x-rays of bone regeneration of a tai chi practioner. He was well in his twilight years (7/\[url=(https?:\/\/[^\s\[]+):$uid\](.*?)\[\/url:$uid\]/i? maybe older?) and had his hip cracked. In searching on information about gynecomastia, I also came across another pair of x-ray showing bone regeneration in the hips taking place over 1/\[url=(https?:\/\/[^\s\[]+):$uid\](.*?)\[\/url:$uid\]/i years.
This doesn't sound improbable to me, since I had the advantage of reading the book, the Body Electric. Bone is the only part of the body that can regenerate. The doctor who wrote this book not only showed how using extremely minute electrical currents can stimulate bone growth, he was actuallyable to demonstrate a temporary "de-evolution" of cells. In other words, he was able to cause certain bone cells to turn temporarily into stem cells, from which the bone can then regenerate. This was published in the late 197/\[url=(https?:\/\/[^\s\[]+):$uid\](.*?)\[\/url:$uid\]/is. It does anger me a bit to hear all of this controversy over embryonic stem-cell research when there were already existing reesearch that can bypass the whole usage of embryonic stem cells.
In the language of the mystics, there are maps who describe exactly this process of regeneration. The body is first made healthy, healthy enough for a strong bio-electric current induced in the bone marrows to create a pool of these de-evolved cells. Those circulate the body and start repairing the body.
Additionally -- and this gets off more in the deep end -- there is something called "manna", the Hebrew word for "white bread". This is refering to the alchemical substance called "philosopher's gold" (which is apparently not made from gold ... ). The Egyptians called this ormus. Searching the net for "ormus' will lead you to, for example, a walnut tree fed ormus-rich water that grows walnuts the size of fists. There is another, of a man using copper-Ormus where his mostly grey beard turned brown again. There is a diary of a woman who, along with her husband, built the m-water trap and drank it for several months. Generally, they became younger and healthier ... both mentally, physically, and emotionally. They are regaining the strength of youth while retaining the wisdom of experience. How's that for lucky?
Certain types of ORMUS is said to be able to correct DNA. From other mystical traditions, there are ways to correct that which you inherit from your ancestors. There are also reports I've read demonstrating mutations in DNA within a single life cycle, which can be passed on to future generations. There's a whole body of mystical traditions dealing with manipulating human bloodlines.
These TS, somewhere in the mind is the consciousness of a female in the body of a male. It's not because there is something "wrong", however, that does not make the pain and suffering these TS have any less real. To fully change the body into a fully-functional female is the Holy Grail ... and the funny thing is, that expression is used commonly to describe a silly, impractical, impossible romantic quest when in fact, there is a basis in fact. Besides being a horrible pun, if you knew the mystic languages.

Ummm, if the penis doesn't shrink from hormone usage I would like to know where the rest of mine went, I want to send what I have left to the same place.
