If you find a bug report it here and I'll add it to the list of things we're working on to make WMM better(it's a LONG list and there are some cool items on it)

Odd, I cannot reproduce that bug although I do have a couple notes.

File Names are currently limited to the # of characters that will be displayed even if the name is longer than that limit and total filename is limited to I believe 50 characters.

There is a know bug if you name a file the same name as an existing file, we'll fix that soon but an upload with a duplicate name will fail.

Consider that when posting new files and I'll have it changed soon.

Bug Reports

Postby OxyFemboi » February 6th, 2016, 7:15 am

I have a problem with setting the time zone. I have tried to set my time zone to Eastern Standard TIme ten times. Every time I check, it has been set back to Greenwich Mean TIme. If this is an example of types of bugs, you did a splendid job updating the site.

I need to log in whenever I go to a different part of the site, from the Forums to my PMs, for example.

Interestingly, all my old PMs, with information that I thought was gone forever, have reappeared. I do not consider this a bug. I am going through them carefully, copying what I want to save on my hard drive, and then deleting them. I should have them down to under 100 in a few days.

Not sure if you know this by now, but adding files to cart seems glitched too.

When I go into the 'show me your cock' gallery (which is now the oldest ones first - it'd be much better the way it was, having it the latest ones first) [plus a few others] and click 'last', it's just blank with no thumbnails, or any first/previous/next/last buttons.

The gallery is being cleaned up, it's not actually blank but some of the original pictures didn't survive the move. I will be cleaning up the gallery and do plan to set it to display newest first.

Missing Link...

Postby Fizbin » February 9th, 2016, 7:01 am

There used to be a direct link to your own "Hypno-fetish.com" site. This is missing in the redesign, and it isn't even listed under the "Links" section.

The gallery is not premium, and everyone should be able to access it. Beyond that I am working on everything else but it didn't handle the move well. Still, the new one's quite a bit better. At some point we'll probably take the whole thing in-house but that's not for this year unless the money fairy visits.

Re: Bug Reports

Postby OxyFemboi » February 16th, 2016, 4:22 pm

1) The e-mail notification system is not working.

I have received zero e-mails that informed me that "a comment has been made on a topic you have been following". I have also received zero e-mails that informed me that "a new Personal Message has been received" in my WMM mailbox. I have specifically asked to have e-mails sent to me concerning both of these

2) You cannot change the Time Zone.

In the User Control Panel, under Board Preferences, under Edit Global Settings the option My Timezone is perpetually set to [UTC] Western European Time, Greenwich Mean Time[/b]. I have tried to change my time zone to [UTC-5] Eastern Standard Time by using the [Submit] button. [The [Reset] button does not work at all.] When I go to another portion of the User Control Panel or another part of the site, when I check the Time Zone, the Time Zone has been changed back to [UTC] Western European Time, Greenwich Mean Time

Since this is the same place where you are asked to be notified of new comments and new private messages, I suspect most, if not all, of the Edit Global Settings code is not working.

I need to log in several times per session.

After I log in to check new posts to the Forums (that's one time), when I try to check my Private Messages, I need to log in again (twice). I then need to log in again to search the files (three times) ... and again to check the forums(even though I am logged in there) (four).

It seems that every time I switch to a different part of the site, I need to log in again.

That also means that I am never sure if I have logged out.

I'm pretty sure the forums are working. New posts appear at the top of each forum where there's a new message and forums with new messages appear in red. This may change as we fine tune things but gotta start somewhere.

Speaking of the forums, ever since the move I've been unable to load forum topics on Safari. The page will pull up, load the top section, but right where it says "Moderator: EMG" it cuts off. No problems on Chrome, though my laptop is just old enough that Chrome is a slow beast, so it's never my preferred browser.

Could just be my dumb computer, but figured I'd throw the problem here in case it's a larger problem.

You are the second person to report issues with safari, so I'll add it to the list but I cannot guarantee a solution since it's not exactly a popular browser and it works on iphone etc.

I guess the obvious 'bug' (unless it's just in Firefox? I only ever use this webbrowser) is none of the formatting (eg. anything that's been quoted) in the previous posts hasn't been transferred over.

Am I right in guessing it's a known problem, and you haven't had a chance in sorting it yet?

It's only a minor thing I guess, but it can be a bit difficult trying to work out what was quoted, and which one the response is.

Ok, I have fixed the lengths on your files and it looks like the system is processing them properly now. The names are auto-generated by the system when you do a download but I do intend to fix the system to allow longer file names. Needless to say, the list of changes to WMM is a long one.

Is the multiple login required for Files/Forums or are you just having problems with the Gallery as that's a known issue/headache.

I need to log in multiple times when I switch between Files and Voting and Forums and Your Account. RE Gallery: I sometimes follow links someone has included in a post to illustrate what has occurred due to the latest file they're using; these links are usually included in the Forum threads dedicated to Sarnoga's Curse of the Teeny Weenie file or smaller2's Shrinking--Control Panel for your Height file. I doubt that I have ever visited the Gallery by using its left-had column link.I just tried to recreate what I did earlier today that caused me to need to log on multiple times. Of course I am currently having no problems. *pounds head against wall*
