I can only seem to go really deep in the relaxation trainig with the .5 Hz tone. Is there a way to put that tone with and induction to make the suggestion stick. Please let me know

Certainly, get a program like goldwave or other sound editor and then merge your 5hz tone with the file you want to listen to. You might also want to try out some of the binaurals as I believe they use a tone like that.

I do not know if it is what you are looking for, but the FocusInductionRemix by iamatestsubjectofme says it has a .5hz tone.
