I just can't get trigfreeze2 to work

I think im in a trance, I dont know how a trance is supposed to feel.. All i feel is relaxed, cant feel body, Sometime mind wanders off sometimes

It sounds like you are going into trance. The only thing you need to do is listen to the file some more. It may take awhile for the suggestion to sink in so don't get discouraged.
