 In this induction, I take my listener through my normal Dimmer Switch Induction. (See Dimmer Switch Induction for example.) After my induction, I tell the listener how easy it is to sleep and relax. I tell the listener that relaxation and sleep go hand in hand, and if one relaxes deep enough, they'll fall asleep. I remind the listener how good sleeping feels and how easy it'd be to fall into it. I then give the listener a trigger phrase that only they, and anyone they trust with the trigger may activate. The trigger phrase is "Sleepy Time" which causes the listener to feel their mind sink, as if on sleeping medication, into a deep sleep, slowly, and gently.
