  • Habit Forming    
    This is a self-help file with my own twist. It's about forming habits. Before you listen, pick one habit that you would like to acquire: ideally something you'd like to do more often, like lift weights or clear your inbox or sit down and power through an assignment or practice the violin. Whatever one thing it is for you, that you're stuck on or that you would enjoy or that would improve your life. (It doesn't have to be the one true key to your happiness.  Just a thing you want to do more of.  Maybe once you've tackled this successfully you can come back and use this file with a different thing.)

    There's a lot of good stuff in here about habits and how to form and keep them. But the key to it is a really good motivation. You'll like it.
