This script is based on the idea of a mirror induction, but instead of a mirror, you should use a tablet or phone with the FaceSwapLive app to switch your own face to someone else's. The script is configurable and this is a generic version where your girlfriend 'Carol' guides you into transforming into a copy of herself.

 

The file starts with a short story-style intro that is told from the subject's point of view. It uses the same voice as the rest of the script. After the intro, it should work just like your typical hypnotic audio script. Total duration is about 14 minutes.

 

You are given a trigger to activate and undo the effect. The script leaves you transformed, but you will go back to normal either by using the undo trigger or by going to sleep.

 

Recommended items:

 

- A tablet or phone with FaceSwapLive. (iOS & Android) You can probably use Snapchat's face swap filter too, but I suspect FaceSwapLive is better, especially if you learn how to use the editor.

- A photo of a face that you would like to try (add the photo as a mask into the app and use the editor to make it as real as you can).

- A wig, some jewellery and a bit of perfume, although you can do just fine with a hat or scarf or you can simply style your own hair a bit differently if you wish.
