    I listened to this file and found it very effective. After the first listen, I uncontrollably thought of a girlish name. Just after awhile, I found it and I haven't stopped saying, using or reacting to it - Ashley. It just felt so right. My username is my new, girlish name, my middle name and my last name in inital form. It's just absolutely fantastic. Thank you very much hellion0.

    i listened to this file a few times and i could not believe it would work on me but now my name is susan. i cannot even think of myself using my old male name, it feels so right having a girls name. i don\'t know how i am going to cope being called susan from now on.

    I just listened and immediately thought of the name Sally, I don\'t know where on earth from but it was Sally, it had to be Sally. I can\'t stop repeating it in my head and out loud at the moment, I\'ll see how far one listen takes me.

    ffff..... this file... omg... I fell sideways when i woke up.. not literally just.. mentally like omg.. powerful... first listen x.x My name is Izumi now. o.o It would have been \"tracy\" but my mind didn\'t like it and I fought my subconcious really hard and managed to convince it to go with Izumi instead. o.0 after my mind was cycling through other names it hadn\'t quite cemented \"Tracy\" so I was like omg.. omg.. ok ok.. uhm.. I\'m Izumi. and then it stuck... x.x I\'m izumi!! xP the part of the file that suggests that you\'re going to tell other people and respond... to it.. and the suggestion of it being a girls\' name.. i think it made me feel way more like a girl holyyyy crappers... x.x omg.. i\'m like.. dizzy and everything and i feel sideways and ugh.. powerful little.. file.. o.0

    This is an old update but I ended up having to listen to this file again cause my mistress didn\'t like it, and it worked i changed it again. but i doubt it would let you change it if you listened alot like multiple times a day.
