It is crazy how well this file worked for me. I have listened to this file and Diaper Training 2 before bed for the last few nights. I double-diaper and wear plastic baby pants. Normally I wake as I am peeling, but this morning I woke up and my diapers were soaked and my baby pants had leaked onto the bed. I had absolute no recollection of wetting during the night.

So twice I listened to this in the same day. I put a dry nappy on just before bed and there was a small wet spot on it in the morning. Each day I’ve listened again and the following night it was more than just a little wet patch. I’m now 5 nights in and every night has been a wet night. This one works, and quickly! I’m going to go a month of listening and then hopefully it’s permanent. It’s great never waking in the night to pee.
