In this file, I induce the listener with my hand paralysis induction (which will be made into its own separate file, to be used either for before another recording - my own or others - before sleep, or as a standalone) and then bring them to the point of believing they are starving. 

This clip is perfect for gainers and pigs and hogs, and those who want to stuff their bellies and stomachs.
