  • New hand paralysis induction with background   , , , , , ,

    Welcome!

In this file, I will invite you down into a deep and comfortable trance. Once you are fully relaxed, i will induce brief paralysis in your right hand and forearm.

The purpose of this file is to introduce you to my voice and my methods, getting both your conscious and subconscious mind comfortable with trance.

At the end of the session, I give you a choice, whether to wake up, transfer into a natural sleep for a nap or the night, or to move on to the next track in your Playlist deep and relaxed and ready for your next suggestions.

If you are not planning on waking up, you can ignore the instructions about wakefulness, simply staying relaxed and in trance as I speak.

As with all of my sessions, I weave a safety throughout, so you know that you can extract yourself at any point if you feel unsafe or unwell, whether caused by my suggestions or by your physical surroundings. Even in a deep trance, your mind will tell you if you are in danger. I add this safety so that you know that you are not in any danger, and this way you can fall deeper without worrying about any negative effects.

    I hope you enjoy!

I found the music really distracting. Don’t get me wrong, it was nice. Just... not repeated 100 times in a row. More ambient music, like that from Syntropy or Weightless by Macaroni Union works better in hypnosis, as it’s calming and soothing without being repetitive or distracting. The water noise was also too loud, and overpowered your voice. I would recommend it being 1/3 or less of the volume of your voice, to better serve as ambience or white noise. As for suggestions, there was a tendency to bring up suggestions once, but then wait a minute or two before actually putting them into effect, such as the counting suggestion. If a suggestion is to be followed by the intended action, it’s best to place them closer together, else they become hard to remember. There were contradictory suggestions as well. However, considering you’re relatively new (as far as I’m aware), the file as a whole is very good. That’s why stuff like that stood out more. Keep at it- you’re only going to get better from here.

Thank you for the feedback! I'm still digging around for more music, and I may write something a bit longer, we'll see. Since this first track, I've worked on the volume to make it a bit less jarring... as for the distance between suggestion and action, I'll try to keep it in mind!

And yes, I am actually very new. I did a couple of inductions way back around 2008, and didn't touch hypnosis again until I sat down to record this session... so to be honest if it's anywhere near good, I'm super glad haha
