Welcome! 

In this file, I will lead you into a deep and comfortable trance using my hand paralysis induction. 

Once you are comfortably in trance, I will lead you down, helping you achieve a mindset and belief that you are five years old. 

I ensure to repeat throughout that this effect only will last a half hour. You will revert to normal age after the half hour runs out, you will be your proper age. But during that half hour, you will be so happy and so content with doing childish things. 

As with all of my files, I make sure to weave a safety throughout so that you can wake yourself up at any point if you feel too uncomfortable with any of my suggestions or if there is something in your immediate surroundings that demands emergency attention. 

Remember, the effects of this file will only last a half hour, and no longer.
