Welcome! 

In this file, I lead you down into a gentle and comfortable trance with my hand paralysis induction. 

After you’re comfortable and feel safe in trance, I lead you down deep into age regression, back to the age of three. 

I make sure to reassure you throughout that the effects of this file only last a half hour, so there should be no worries with regards to lasting effects. 

It is important to note that while age regression can be a helpful tool to help with trauma, I greatly suggest pursuing therapeutic treatment officially, as my hypnosis sessions are not a substitute for psychological care. 

As with all of my files, I make sure to weave a safety backdoor throughout to make sure you know that you can pull out at any point if you feel uncomfortable with any of my suggestions or if there is pressing danger in your surroundings.
