    Something I made to go to bed to. No intro, use with any you'd like. The main channel takes you through some of the biggest muscles and use a white light to help vizualize the muscles grow. The left and right channels use subliminal messages to keep the mind busy with the positive reafirmations.

    No dumbing down, no sexual references (other than testosterone increase).

    Script attached, right and left channels use the "You are XXXX" "I am XXXX" alternation I find very effective.

    Also sorry for the accent...

    Great file. The accent totally wasn't a problem either. If anything, it's probably helpful for hypnosis since a particular voice/way of speaking can be its own deepener/intro.
