It is diaper hypnosis audio hyper focused on completely soaking your doubled up diapers covered with plastic "crinkle" pants also known as "baby pants" in the evening and while sleeping. "Baby Pants" at my nursery generally means doubled up diapers, sometimes with a cloth diaper over the diapers then a plastic "crinkle pant" over it all. It is so large that it makes you feel smaller or "Little" which is definitely a goal when regressing! Primary suggestions are drinking lots of water, complete urinary incontinence, and complete soaking of your diapers aka baby pants every night.
