    Cool would be a trigger to test weather it is working or not. I have listened quite a lot th this without realizing any effects yet.

    These files take many hours of listening to gain the effects. Between 20-80 hours will be required, but after that level of exposure, it takes days if not weeks for the effects to wear off. Continued use of the file 4-6x weekly will maintain the effect indefinitely. It is meant to be looped and used for at least 35-65 minutes or indefinitely, if possible. These files can be used while you sleep, as well.
