He has a point, a lot of people don\'t want to subject themselves to hypnosis without knowing what the hypnosis will specifically do, and most of the summaries are painfully incomplete on that front.

Which is why I initially listen to these records without going into trance, making sure to stay fully conscious and aware when I listen for the first time. If a program contains things I don't want, I delete it.
