    This is just my remake of EMG's Email Slave file (http://www.warpmymind.com/modules.php?name=Files&file=Comment&fid=462) with my safety feature added into it. I changed the forget trigger for emails to "must forget" and started it off to only being triggered by yourself. There's an extra section on you allowing yourself to be triggered by others in the file so that once you set your own safeties you can open yourself up to other people triggering you as well. I also added the main body of my visualisation training file and a binaural background for extra deepener.
