This file guides you through a classic progressive relaxation induction with deepener, bringing you down into a nice, deep trance. It also installs a trigger that will bring you back down into hypnosis whenever I or the hypnotist of your choice says it or writes it. This file also makes it easy for you to use the trigger yourself. The induction ends by giving you a choice between waking up, falling asleep, or continuing on to listen to other files, so decide in advance which one you'd like to do.
