It is written elegantly, with one exception (specifying external collection devices, neglecting foley catheters), along the lines of the description.

I tried this file for the first time today. It works. More than that, it works every time, even if I've only just used it. I keep emptying for as long as the tap runs, even if only a trickle. It's like having a catheter in my bladder

So does this file similar to an incontinence file? Like does it basically encourage you to always let it flow or is it more of a trigger when you hear water flowing?
