One of the more frequent requests I get is for a background file that file authors can use in their own projects. This file is a 10 minute version of the "body" from the binaural effect I am using in almost all of my current files. It can also be looped as a stand-alone file for relaxation. Not for use when driving or other activities requiring an alert state of mind.
