This files intended purpose is to make the recipient believe and even feel as if their body is expanding enormously and indefinitely at an incredible rate. Some patients report that it makes them feel as if they're having an out-of-body experience, others report a sensation of vastness, feeling full, and pleasant thoughts related to gaining weight or being inflated.     Not an enjoyable file. Even after a correct induction, the file was very abrasive and broke me out of trance pretty rapidly. I\'ll attempt it again some other time, but this file was not useful for me.

    After working on inductions, using higher-quality headphones, and even practicing with this file as stand-alone, I\'ve come to enjoy this file quite a bit! The sensations are amazingly intense, as if fat was building underneath the skin and stretching the flesh quite easily. One of my favorite files now.

    You\'re intended to use high-fidelity headphones and turn it down rly rly low because it does get loud.

    Looks like I have to speak for myself. I felt the effects shortly after I started the file. Plus, I didn't feel any unpleasant side-effects.
