Effects end as file finishes? Effect: Temporary (fixed time)? Just what sort of effect is it?

It merely causes you feel or else make you sense yourself brave enough to start or else do something you would normally not. Some files at warpmymind are curses and even long-term in effect. Mine never are long-term.
