As usual, it is the gentle listener's demand that resulted in this. After much home health care I am on the mend. I felt like I was dying, earlier. Some receive salvation in church... others use drugs. In this aforementioned file be prepared to be owned. It is fun for Men's Club Members. It is wonderful for my French Maids. It is good for all. File has no long term affect. File is not a curse. This mild control file is rather a mental exercise. Speaking of which... I need do my afternoon walk. Enjoy!

    Dear all Gentle Listeners, I still have my exercise bike. I have repaired it four times from excess usage. I still weight lift. My diet is whole wheat bread, no salt, no sugar, no condiments of any sort or kind, ever. So, hamburgers? No trouble! Simply no cheese or salt or sauces added, ever. Spaghetti? Eating all I please. Simply no sauces or anything else added, ever. Hey, you really lose weight this way. Say no to soda pop. Have all the coffee you want on the weekend. No cream, no sugar. Kiss off to candy bars and chocolates. Say good bye to pizza. Want some lasagna? Eat heaps of it! Add no cheese, salt or sauces. Add meats- sure no troubles. Vegetables heated with hamburger bits added. Hey! I am dieting yet not suffering. Reason? High cholesterol or high blood pressure. God bless you all and live! Sincerely, HAXSAW
