    The file has a trigger which will cause you to stand in the middle of the room, put your hands on your head, and then be unable to move, except in an emergency, until you have counted slowly to 200. It has the same induction trigger as my other files, but otherwise should be played after my standard induction in a playlist.

    Another fantastic file. Although as far as I can remember there isn\'t actually a trigger, just a post-hypnotic suggestion. It worked perfectly though, I was even forced to count slowly! Every time I tried to speed up I just felt myself forced to slow down. It was really effective.

    I think this is a good file to start with if you're just starting out and not quite sure if you're going into trance/accepting post-hypnotic suggestions. Depending on how paranoid you are about suggestioms encouraging you to practice getting into trance, you may want to edit the authors standard induction or otherwise use a different induction, but I believe it's fairly benign and I only mention it because I'm being a bit over-cautious/paranoid myself.
